Gilberto’s brother (Cesar) is the lead tree remover for the landscape company he works at.

He of course does side jobs when he is done with his day job.

This was the first house I ever tested Lolo on, the main painter I use. ⠀

Another guy burned me (he smudged blue paint all over the place). Lolo was referred to me and I was in disbelief that he could paint a two story home on his own.⠀

But he did.⠀
⠀
And since then he’s done about 10 paint jobs for me. ⠀
⠀

Lolo is cash only which complicates things at times but he’s honest and reliable and that’s getting harder and harder to find. ⠀

My clients always have multiple options and I make it clear he’ll probably paint alone. All of my clients have been very happy with his work.

After applying floor leveler, Gilberto and his assistant were able to successfully apply the new floors to the satisfaction of the homeowner and listing agent.

Upon peeling back multiple layers it was discovered the plywood had also rotted in a small area.
